28803 - Can't set bookmark properties

Description

If I select Bookmarks\Create then a bookmark is selected but I cannot set its
properties. As soon as I "OK" the properties are lost.

Also there is no option to modify bookmark properties in the right-mouse pop-up
menu.

please list exact steps to reproduce your bug. I can not confirm it because I can not reproduce it. I can not reproduce it because I 
do not understand it.
also please check out http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html and maybe search for bookmark, properties.

Don't know about the first part, but the second part is a DUP of bug 17333,
"Manage Bookmarks context menus should include properties", P1, M14, PDT-.

I'm having no problems with setting the properties on WinNT with the 2000022308 builds. That of course doesn't say much for 
BSDI. However, without further input from the reporter, this bug will be resolved INVALID shortly.

Wasn't BSDI should have read as NT - sorry, don't know where the BSDI setting 
came from.

There are a couple of problems: (Build:2000022016)

From seamonkey menu bar...
Bookmark/manage/file/new - result: no new bookmark appears

From seamonkey menu bar...
Bookmark/manage/select an existing bookmark/file/new - result: new bookmark 
appears

Select new bookmark/edit/properties/various stuff/ok - result: no change to 
bookmark (still called new bookmark, still no properties)

I've tested this again with the 2000022408 builds and it still works fine. This was a problem at some point but was recently fixed I 
believe. The other issue you mention(File|New Bookmark) is a bug and i will write it up.
