consider enabling automatic-ntlm auth for proxies (again) for bug 256949, we disabled automatic-ntlm auth for proxies by default. i think we should re-enable it for gecko 1.8.

Comment on attachment 183515 [details] [diff] [review] v1 patch r+, it seems this change was never intended, compare the patch from Bug 261929 with http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/modules/libpref/src/init/al l.js#602 probably there was this local change on disk and someone forgot about it.
