Mac Thunderbird 1.0.2 will not show posts from web port 8080 (where the web server is running) from
Wordpress RSS feed (specifically, http://yoda2.jedi.net:8080/suzi/wp-rss2.php).
This functionality does work from the Windows 1.0.2 version of Thunderbird.
Thunderbird shows the Headers (upper right section of screen), but shows nothing in the body of the
message (lower right corner of application).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using a Mac (OS X) and Thunderbird 1.0.2
2. connect to blog http://yoda2.jedi.net:8080/suzi/wp-rss2.php
3.
Actual Results:
The subjects loaded, but no body details are ever shown.
(Again, this does work on the Windows version, but not the Mac OS X version)
When new posts are posted to the blog, Thunderbird sees the new subjects, but still will not show any
of the bodies.
Expected Results:
It should show the bodies of each message in the blog.
