I added a bunch of extentions and the right click menu became very long and
would not display properly depending on where on your screen you clicked.  The
top of the menu would be cut off/not displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add alot of extensions 20+ or until right click menu gets very long.
2.brose internet and right click an item in the top or middle of your screen and
the top of the menu is cut off.
3.

Actual Results:  
Top of menu was not displayed.  No "open link in new tab" etc.

Expected Results:  
Reposition menu to screen dimensions?
