Can you post a screenshot that clearly indicates the problem?

No, sorry. I can't because the problem is only appearent when the app is active
and the screenshot app must be active to take a screenshot so it can't capture
the problem.

WFM in Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050531 Firefox/1.0+ (Deer Park 1.0+) running on 10.4.1.
I was seeing the bug before so it looks like it's fixed, but it might still be
broken on 10.3.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050601 Firefox/1.0+
Could someone on 10.3 check this with a new nightly?

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".
This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.
If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

WFM using Fx 1.5 on Tiger (10.4.3)
Is this still true on 10.3 using Fx 1.5?

I'm still getting it on 1.5 on 10.4.3.
I see it, too, on 10.3.9. "OK" looks like it might be several pixels too high for some odd reason, causing the button to expand and the bottom to be "cropped" off (and the drop-shadow to be missing, too.)
FYI, you can use the shortcut cmd-shift-caps-4 and then drag to select the area, or spacebar to enter "window mode", and get the screenshot.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
I also noted that when I clicked the check box to remember that file type, it seemed to fix the bottom of the button (that time only) in the process of resizing the dialogue.
*** Bug 309917 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
I think this is lurking in some other buttons, too...I saw one elsewhere the other day, but I was in a hurry and forgot to note where :-(
Summary: Bottom center of "Download" button extends bottom of sides → Bottom center of "Download" button "cut-off"

This bug (or at least this bug in its second incarnation... probably shouldn't have been morphed) regressed between the 20050725-07 and 20050726-07 trunk builds.
With my unskilled eye, I can't see anything in the various bits of unknownContentType code that suggest why the button is being cut off in that particular window.
I also can't see anything checked in between those times that stand out as the cause, but it could be that something was fixed that unmasked an older problem.
Interesting bug fixes from that time: bug 301688, bug 300816. Maybe there's more:
