If a file name contains a space character or a french character with an accent
(acute, grave...), Firefox does not manage to open it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save an html file to your disk or create one with a space or an accent
2. Try to open it with firefox

Actual Results:
One obtains the following error message (in French) : "Impossible de trouver le
fichier [file_name], vérifiez son emplacement et essayez à nouveau".

Expected Results:
Replace the space character by another character. For example %20 for the space
character.

Really? I don't see anything in that bug about spaces.
