Kevin, I'm not sure if this is a Pinstripe theme issue --but if it isn't, feel free to reassign! I generally compose email in plain text, but sometimes I want to compose in HTML --when I did this with today's build, I got a rather wide confirmation dialog (sheet) when I tried to send the message. tested with 2005032901-trunk on Mac OS X 10.3.8. 0. I've set my account to compose messages as plain text. 1. Shift-click the Write button to bring up an HTML mail compose window. 2. add an addressee, subject, and some html-styled content in the compose area. 3. hit Cmd+Enter. results: the send format confirmation dialog (which asks if you want to send in plain text, html or both) appears, obscuring the entire header region of the mail compose window, and nearly twice as wide.

From the screenshot it looks like the dialog isn't picking up the global style sheet (the fonts are wrong too).
