288191 - throbber (icon) in windows is blank

Description

[sairuh (rarely reading bugmail)]

the usual thunderbird throbber icon in the Pinstripe theme is now a blank
jellybean button. marcia found this and I also see it on 2005032901-trunk (Mac
OS X 10.3.8).

this affects all of the main windows:
- mail 3pane
- mail compose
- mail standalone
- address book

interestingly not a problem with another 3rd party theme I use, Charamel.

fallout from Bug #285510? I plan to move the throbber styles into the global
stylesheet where they belong anyway.

I'm pretty sure this is a dupe of Bug #285772 as cited here:

I left that bug open for just this case.

I didn't mean to steal Kevin's thunderbird if he thinks he knows what's causing
it. It showed up as part of my theme restructuring changes and I haven't tracked
down what I forgot to port over yet.

Now I'm not sure :) The throbber styles are still in communicator.css and seem
to be in classic.jar in the latest nightly. Maybe communicator.css is being
packaged in the jar but not <link>ed in?
