Need better brandShortName than "Browser" for non-official builds

In non-official Firefox builds, brandFullName is set to Gecko Browser. 
Unfortunaetly, brandShortName is just simply "Browser".  This really does not
work at all as an application name.

I suggest that unless there is some code that is dependent on brandShortName
being a single word, brandShortName should also be set to Gecko Browser until a
better idea comes along.
