User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20050203 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2

The accentued character are badly written in the remote ics files
using "automatically publish your changes to the remote calendar" function.

Some examples are:

é = é
à = Ã
ï = ï

One of the consequence is that remote ics file contain character like é or à
and phpicalendar users will see strange characters instead of well accentuated
characters.

This errors doesn't occur using function "Publish Selected Events" but next
time enterring an event all accentuated characters will change even in sunbird
and local .ics file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.name one of your event hï with autopublishing on
2.use phpicalendar or text viewer on your remote .ics file
3.the event hï is replaced by hï in the remote .ics file

Actual Results:
the event hï is replaced by hï

Expected Results:
to resolve international character encoding for remote .ics file using
function autopublishing

Should be fixed in Sunbird 0.3a1 or a nightly build. Our UTF export is much more consistent there. If anyone can still reproduce this in a current build, they should feel free to reopen.
