Bruce found an interesting automated source-code auditing tool at
<http://www.rstcorp.com/its4/>. We should download this and have someone try
running it on Mozilla.

We didn't get much out of this. Program mearly a reg exp search of code for
functions which may have problems, but does not add any dynamic solutions or
real help.
