background window has http://www.theinquirer.net/
foreground window has http://www.motherjones.com/mojoblog/index.html#65

Foreground window gets Java.Lang.NullPointerException
background window freezes.

Clicking on the background window does not bring it to the front.
The scrollbar on the background window does not work.
The window cannot be dragged by the title bar.
The close widget does not close the window.
cmd-W does not close the window.
selecting the window title in the window menu brings the window to the front.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a new browser window and enter url http://www.theinquirer.net/
2. open a new browser window and enter url http://www.motherjones.com/
3. click on the first link in MoJoBLOG

Actual Results:  
the MoJoBLOG article is displayed but the status bar indicates
exception: java.lang.NullPointerException.

TheEnquirer browser window is frozen
