In the page http://sunday.ru/tedbeer/bugz/file.html file control must have the
same width as color span above.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create html page with file input control
2.create style with width property (<input type=file style='width:300px'>)
3.open page by firefox
Actual Results:  
file control width differ from specified in css style

Expected Results:  
file control must have width as specified by style
