i assume the URL provided by the reporter contained an extra http:// so i
removed that.

Reporter, also please point out which elements one should see but aren't there
and which reference browser you used. I assume IE (version, os?)

Pages look similar to me. Please provide more info or else i'll close this as
invalid.
