please don't do this. I'm trying to isolate my dependencies on shared chrome
files with seamonkey not add more of them. Almost everything is already under
mozilla\mail\locales, mozilla\toolkit\locales and mozilla\editor\locales that we
need we shouldn't be moving anything back into seamonkey directories like
mailnews and xpfe.
mscott: I beleive the plan is to do it the other way round and use the unchenged
files from mail/locaels for the suite as well.

If you don't like that, how would you like if we just go moving around stuff
thunderbird still uses but shouldn't and not care about breaking you?
