Details

- Write an overlay to pull weekView.xul in to messenger.xul
- Write JS to insert weekView in the content area and remove the message list
   - Need to be able to switch back and forth
- Need the rest of weekView.js to be able to be seperated from Sunbird
Lightning now has the calendar-multiday-view.
