Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050329 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050329 Firefox/1.0+
When Firefox is Minimized, it Restores itself when applying a new desktop color
in Display Properties -> Desktop. Also, if it was Minimized while Maximized, it
will Restore itself in its non-Maximized state.
I have a feeling that this is related to another bug, whereby when a new tab is
opened from an external source while Firefox is Minimized while Maximized, the
Firefox window does not Restore itself Maximized. I do not know if there is a
bug for this latter issue, either.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Minimize it
3. Go to Display Properties -> Desktop
4. Change the color of the desktop and click apply.
Actual Results:
Firefox Restores itself.
Expected Results:
Firefox remains minimized.

Confirm. Can't find any obvious dupes, though.
