When you enter a page with formfields, than the cursor are automatically in the
first formfield, after that you can't switch between tabs, (mouse tested only).
You have to close the page, of press Tabkey several times, so that the cursor
lefts the formfields. Now you can switch between tabs again.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open two sites, the last with formfiels
2. the cursor are in the first field
3. try to switch between the two tabs

Actual Results:  
Sometimes, you can't swtich tabs, the cursor grabs the focus

Expected Results:  
does not lock the tab, while the cursor are in the formfield
