This might just be me, but CTRL-T in yesterday's build doesn't open a new tab.
Nothing happens. The menu option and the button still work. Also, all the other
CTRL-* commands seem to be working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050329
Firefox/1.0+

Kim Scarborough - Did you try reinstalling? I've reinstalled yesterday's build
several times today working on unconfirmed potential foreign language pack bugs.
Worked every time.

Reporter, this probbaly happened becuase a Flash or Jaav applet had the focus.
It's not because of a java applet--this is happening to me every time, even when
it's only open to a blank page. That said, I can certainly believe that this is
something wonky with my system somewhere, especially since nobody can reproduce
it. So I'll close this, and move to today's build. Sorry for the apparently
false alarm...

If it is happening to you everytime, then this bug is not resolved. Update to
the most recent nightly build and if it then works, mark this bug WORKSFORME.
Until then, I am reopening this bug.

Okay, it's still not working in 20050331.
Ctrl + t does not work for me, for all 1.0.x versions. Ctrl + N opens new
window, tried with new profile, the same.

Zygimantas Augilius, what extensions do you have installed? Perhaps if we have
an extension in common the problem is with that...
Looks like i've managed to fix issue reinstalling QuickTime Player, which
included Firefox plugin.

Kim Scarbourough, try this. Try 20050408 too to see if it's been resolved within
the past week somehow.

I don't like Quicktime, so I never installed the plugin. I will try the latest
build on Monday and report back.

WFM on latest-Trunk.
Still doesn't work for me (DWFM?) on 20050410.

I am unsure what the problem may be, but it appears to be something that is
isolated to your system, and the system of commenter #9. I am completely unable
to confirm this on any build, trunk or aviary, nightly or milestone.
Looks like my comment about quicktime plugin was not correct :-/ After several
days i've lost ctrl + t functionality again.

I just uninstalled Microsoft drivers for Natural Multimedia Keyboard
(IntelliType Pro 5.2) and now ctrl + t works again.
Sorry for my spamming, but at least I finally solved my ctrl + t issue.

The real issue was X-Chat xtray plugin. I have xtray.dll v1.1.6.0 in \Program
Files\X-Chat 2\plugins directory. After renaming dll and starting xchat, ctrl +
t works, after restoring dll - ctrl + t does not work.

The more recent x-tray.dll v1.2.0.0 does not interfere with Firefox ctrl + t.
Yes! That was it. Good detective work. I just upgraded X-Chat and the tray dll
and it works for me now too.

Closing this.
