User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1 In the page at http://www.mostpopularsites.net the window width isn't correct causing the top two banners to not fill the window properly. This problem happens about 1 in 10 times (hit F5 until you see a mis-aligned screen). In firefox the table width of the table below the 2nd banner (viewing the source code) ends up with two different sizes, when its the smaller size its ok, when its the larger size it's not. In internet explorer - it always uses the LARGER table size (viewing the source), and it always paints properly (SORRY TO SAY THIS!!). Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.goto http://www.mostpopularsites.net 2.hit F5 until the screen is misaligned 3.Happens about 1 in 10 (sometimes more sometimes less) times Actual Results: misaligned screen eventually Expected Results: perfectly aligned screen like the other 9/10 times.

Please test this with a nightly trunk build: http://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ This could very well be fixed, already.
I downloaded the latest trunk and it seems to be fixed! Do you know when this fix will be released in an official rollout/version? Thanks for the trunk info.

It will be released when 1.1 is done, best guess right now is mid to late summer. Also bugs that are solved without a patch get resolved worksforme.
