So... you should add a "New Tab" and "Download Manager" buttons to the main toolbar, right between the already placed buttons and the Location Bar. These buttons already exist, but are not on the toolbar by default. To add them, you can customize your toolbar by right clicking the reload button and selecting "Customize".
