If I start Minimo CE 0.04 on my iPAQ 5550 without an active network connection,
I got endless "Could not connect to network" message boxes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable all network connections
2. Start Minimo
3. Enjoy the message boxes



Expected Results:  
It should be possible to use Minimo without active network connection (for e.g.
viewing local stored HTML files, etc)
Severity: major → normal
This has been fixed in later versions.
