Sometimes error message are showed but not brought to the front (they stay
behind other windows). I've this behaviour with an iPAQ 5550 and PPC 2003

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minimo CE without an active network connection
2. The appearing error message (see #288411) is never shown
3. If you switch to the task manager you'll see two active process Minimo and Error



Expected Results:  
Error messages should always be displayed to the user

this has been fixed.
