Mail replay and mail forwarding on some Lotus messages don't allow to use KOI-8
codepage, inspite of active KOI-8 codepage. Mail agent offers posting message
only in UTF-8 codepage, help windows (The message you contains characters not
found in the selected Character Encoding. While you chose a differnt Character
Encoding, it is usually safe to use Unicode for mail. To send or save it as
Unicode (UTF-8),click OK etc ....)
