in Internet Explorer, when we delete some components from menu bar / sub bar they 
appear in recycle bin. In firefox they are getting permantly deleted.
ok. this is not a bug, it is lack of feature.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add some bookmark
2.delete it
3.

Actual Results:  
deleted item wont appear recycle bin.

Expected Results:  
deleted bookmarks should temporarly be moved to recycle bin, so that we can
recover if later we required them.

Mozille & Firefox don't work like this. IE stores them as separate files, so
they can also be stored in the bin. We store them in a single file.
