Main menus and context menus open in original monitor rather than the monitor
displaying firefox, when using multiple monitors.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox using a multiple / dual monitor set up.
2. Drag firefox into the second monitor.
3. Click any of the menus or right click for a context menu

Actual Results:  
The menu appears in the top left of the primary monitor

Expected Results:  
Display the menu in the correct possition on the secondary monitor.

Thunderbird does the same thing.
