This is a request to change the default selection of "Don't ask at startup" to
unchecked. 

There are many reports of "lost" bookmarks because the user created a new
profile when ask to after firefox process wasn't completely shutdown.  Upon
relaunch they unkwoingly get the new profile which of coure doesn't contain any
of their previous settings; bookmarks being the most noticable.  If we change
the default setting to unchecked, at least on restart the profile manager will
open showing they have two profiles; default and default user.  Maybe then
they'll figure out their bookmarks are in the first profile.

the profile is locked).
