"Reply to list" is a feature that many users on mailing lists would appreciate.
 This has been documented elsewhere, so I don't feel the need to repeat how it
would behave.  Evolution has implemented this in response to this bug:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an email from a digest
2. Decide to reply to the list
3. look for "Reply to list" button


Actual Results:  
Couldn't find the button.

Expected Results:  
Included a button with the reply to list functionality.

Wow - I had no idea that we can say "reply to list" or "reply-to-list" or "reply
tolist" to make searches difficult!
