This nightly Camino build has problems respecting the layout of several sites.
http://www.apple.com/macosx/tiger/quicktime.html doesn't render properly
consistently. It seems to disregard the CSS layout completely. Other problematic
sites include http://arstechnica.com (ocasional) and http://theregister.co.uk
(also ocasional)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to http://www.apple.com/macosx/tiger/quicktime.html
2. Compare with the Camino stable build
3.

Actual Results:  
Didn't render the webpage properly

Expected Results:  
Apply CSS style to the page after downloading.
