The bookmarks tree in the Add Bookmark dialog is shrinking by 1 pixel everytime
it is opened.  Tried with clean profile.  Does not happen in Firefox 1.02 but
does happen with 20050330 trunk build.  Not sure where the regression is.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Add Bookmark dialog, open the bookmarks tree, and make sure the
bookmarks tree has about 10 folders.
2. Resize the window height so that only half of the 8th folder name is showing.
3. Click Cancel
4. Open the Add Bookmark dialog, open the bookmarks tree

Actual Results:  
The height of the tree has shrunk by 1 pixel.

Expected Results:  
The height of the tree should not change.

I'm seeing this as well, clicking
1 bookmarks>add bookmark...
2 show all the bookmark folders
3 cancel
4 bookmarks>add bookmark...
5 show all the bookmark folders
> Window is 1px shorter (from the bottom)
etc...
