288561 - Mail Folder Properties dialog displays wrongly

re-produce steps:
1. start mozilla mail
2. select folder "Draft" below "Inbox" 
3. right click the mouse and select  "Properties..." menu item
a popup window with 4 tabs will popup
4. click OK 
5. select one of the folder in the "Local Folders"
6. right click mouse button and select "Properties..." 
the same popup window apprears.

expected result:
Only "General Information" window should appear

Go to JavaScript Console,
you will find 
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code:
0x80550005 [nsIMsgFolder.charset]"  nsresult: "0x80550005 (<unknown>)" 
location: "JS frame :: chrome://messenger/content/folderProps.js ::
folderPropsOnLoad :: line 204"  data: no]

Note: this bug doesn't occur in the trunk

BTW: Sometimes you need to try several times to re-produce the bug.

Boying, do you still see this problem?  WFM  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070802 SeaMonkey/1.1.4

MozillaAS v1.7.x is not supported anymore.

(Now is) R.Invalid

Reopen if you can reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9.
