Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 (ax)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 (ax)

Upon starting Firefox, the program displays File menu bar, navigation bar, and
nothing else. It responds to user input (from both keyboard and mouse) but not
visibly so: text in the navigation toolbar does not appear, and the file menus
do not drop down when clicked. This does not occur in the "Safe Mode" Version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply open the non-"Safe Mode" version of Firefox.

Actual Results:
The problem occurs immediately. As soon as the Firefox window appears, the web
page frame is blank, and text in the Location bar is not visible.

Expected Results:
Firefox should proceed normally. The startpage (http://my.msn.com) should
display normally and text in the Location bar should be visible. Again, in the
"Safe-Mode" version the software behaves as it should.
Which extensions/themes do you have installed?

I use the default Firefox theme. Extensions installed are IEview version 0.84,
and User Agent Switcher version 0.6.4.
uninstall bot extensions see if that helps
Uninstalling User Agent Switcher worked.... thanks.
