User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

I use Windows XP (English Language Version) with MS IE6.0 SP2.  I tried to 
import bookmarks from MS IE to Firefox Ver1.0.  I've noticed that English 
bookmarks were imported fine but bookmarks that were in Japanese characters 
were not.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Option 1. Do fresh install of Firefox.
Option 2. Go to File on Firefox and select Import


Actual Results:  
No change

Expected Results:  
Bookmarks in Japanese should've been imported to Firefox.  This prevents from 
using Firefox as my sole web browser.  (I know Microsoft Update and MSN Zone 
still require use of IE.)

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
