Microsoft Narrator causes Firefox to hang.

4.Accessibility
5.Narrator
6.Press any key in FX

WFM on latest-trunk.  I experience no hangs or crashes on this.

I confirm seeing this hang in

Firefox/1.0.5

with

WinXP Pro v2002 SP1

more detail about the hang:
if narrator is running when FiFx starts, I can mouse around, see tooltips, pop
menus and follow links or browse favorites UNTIL any of these things happens:
*) I switch apps away from FiFx
*) I click in the URL pane (or press any key, including ctrl)
*) I type in the search pane (but just clicking in there doesn't hang)
*) I type in any text field on any HTML form (but just clicking in there doesn't
hang)

Can you confirm this on Trunk please?

sorry i can't get a build done today but I confirm the hang is present in
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716
Firefox/1.0.6

Wow, someone replied to this one! BTW thanks guys for all your hard work! I
extencivly use my software and I've only had to report three critical problems
In FX, vs 3 million in IE. 
Oh, still exists in 1.05

Yeah we don't fix anything other than security fixes in those 1.0.x builds.

If you want, you can try testing it on the current development version:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/firefox-1.0+.en-US.win32.installer.exe

That is the testing version that will become Firefox 1.5 sometime this Fall. You
might want to install it in a separate directory and not override your 1.0.x
stable version.

Works now. We don't know what fixed it exactly, one of the zillion changes.
