bookmark folder have have child bookmark 
after clicking on the bookmark it not shown the it childbookmark

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the manage bookmarks... of Bookmarks menu
2.Select the top most bookmark folder(left side)
3.Click on the + sign it show it contents(left side)
4.Click on the - sign it hide contents
5.Now select last bookmark folder or another bookmark folder
6.Click on the + sign it show it contents
7.Click on the - sign it hide contents

Actual Results:  
It not show the content of bookmark folder

Expected Results:  
It show the contents of bookmark when click on the + sign and hode contents when
click on - sign
the left side of the bookmark manager is used for folders only, which means that
you will see only folders that exist in that folder in the left side. the
bookmarks themselves should appear in the right window.

it ok but top level bookmark show it after  click on + and - sign
but not the another bookmark folder why this not a bug tell me

the top level bookmark folder includes more folders inside it. if the second
folder you are clicking on does not have folders inside it you wont see anything
inside it on the left side. if you have subfolders, you will see them once you
click on the + sign next to the folder containing them.

see first there are no subfolder created in folder if we created a bookmarks in
the main folder it not show it contents after clicking on + sign also
