Actual Results:  
Firefox crashed, ilegal operation appear, mistake MSVCRT.DLL

Expected Results:  
Load game room, to play. (pool or Domino)

please recreate this error and post the exact text of the illegal operation.
when i was supporting MS software, i recall a similar error that had nothing to
do with the program itself, i.e. drivers issue.

once we have the exact error, i suggest cross-checking the KB at
http://support.microsoft.com/ (enter "msvcrt.dll" in search box and look through
the results)
