i'm not sure it's a bug, but IE automatically close dial-up connection,
while Firefow doesn't it!
So a newbie could remain connected to internet util he shutdown his PC.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.close Firefox
2.check little icon (near clock) with 2 pc connected together (Win default)
3.



Expected Results:  
Close dial-up connection, to stop calling a provider!
