Every one of your notification emails is killed by our Spam Assassin. I
eventually get the email, but I have to request it from the SPAM Admin first.
The email is from bugzilla.mozdev.org. I haven't figured out just what content
of the email triggers the SPAM Assassin

Reproducible: Always
is it bugzilla@mozdev.org or bugzilla.mozdev.org ?

depending on your answer, have your Spam Assassin administrator tweak your
.spamassassin/user_prefs preference settings or global settings with whitelist
to one of the following

whitelist_from *@bugzilla.mozdev.org
whitelist_from bugzilla@mozdev.org
