Incomplete cleanup when a search folder is deleted.
The file panacea.dat still contains an entry for the search folder.
The result is that, after a search folder has been deleted, it is not possible
to create a new search folder with the same name.

See #11051 for background on the new, extremely powerful search folders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In MailNews main window: View->Customize
2. Create a view called "Inbox-test" with some search criteria.
3. Select the folder "Inbox-test" in the folder pane.
4. Press delete (there does not seem to be any other way to delete it... perhaps
a separate bug report?)
5. In MailNews main window: View->Customize
6. Create a view called "Inbox-test" with some search criteria.

Actual Results:
Popup with "A folder with that name already exists. Please enter a different name."

Expected Results:
Create the folder.

Manual cleanup and restart fixes the problem.
