User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2 as the summary says: TB asks on every startup whether it should be the default email app, no matter what I do. I tried yes and no, both with and without the "do not ask me again checkbox". This began recently, before everything was fine (perhaps a security update had been installed, I do not remember) Reproducible: Always Actual Results: see above Expected Results: TB should remember what I told it perhaps TB cannot save it because I do not have administrator rights?
someone listening?
My System: win2k pro 5.00.2195 sp4 AMD athlon 1700+ XP 512 MB RAM Firefox 1.0.4 Thunderbird 1.0.2 (just installed on top of 1.0) I also have the same problem. I just upgraded from 1.0 to see if it would go away and it didn't. I also re-installed 1.0.2 as the administrator (using "Run As..."), but this didn't fix the problem. I am willing to be contacted to work with someone to fix the problem. -Jonathan
