Adobe SVG Viewer 6.0

repro:
1. open FF
2. open url
3. click on the svg
4. notice a "repaint" of the svg
5. click anywhere but on the svg
6. notice the svg "repaints" again.

exp.
no repainting when the subject gets/looses focus.

IMHO this could be marked "won't fix", "fixed" or even "invalid", as the root cause is in a software product (ASV) which was publicly discontinued [1].

Well, as timeless well stated [1] in a related bug which (was already closed), Firefox 1.0 (comment 0) is also EOL'ed! :-)
