Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2

When opening a website via the extension manager, the page should load like
links from external applications, e.g. in a new tab instead of a new window if
browser.link.open_external is set to 3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Extension Manager
2. Select an extension
3. Open the related website via the context menu

Actual Results:
The extensions' website loads in a new window

Expected Results:
Open the website in a new or the same tab if browser.link.open_external is set
accordingly
