I just recently migrated from IE to FireFox, and I noticed a peculiar bug. 
Whenever I try to migrate bookmarks where one is a combinationof Japanese and
Engligh, the migration progress just stops.  No errors occur, but the bookmarks
are not migrated.  I was able to recreate the bookmark in firefox, it was just a
bit of a hassle.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bookmark in IE with its title having 2 languages (Engligh and Japanese).
2. Install Firefox.
3. Migrate bookmarks to Firefox.

Actual Results:  
Exactly what I stated in the "details" section.

Expected Results:  
Imported the bookmark as usual.
