When downloading several files from a single site (I can't remember which site),
the directory window opened by XP did not update with the new files.

I've windows set to show all file extensions, so that was not the problem.  The
files were downloaded properly;  trying to download them again caused the system
to ask if I wanted to over-write the file.

I do not remember seeing this behavior before FireFox 1.0;  I'm currently
running 1.02.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Download several text files.
2.

Actual Results:  
The new files were not listed in the directory window that popped up after right
clicking and selecting "save link as"

Expected Results:  
Showed the new files.
