While Having Two or more Tabed Websites with the weather radar opened in one of
the windows, Radar will show thru to the other various tabs, I have not tried
this with other animated java products on other websites.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open various website in tabs mode within the same browser windows
2. Then, open www.crh.noaa.gov/fsd
3. Now you click thru the various tabs.

Actual Results:  
Radar would show thru the Various Tabs.

are you sure that's the right URL?  I don't see any java applet on that page. 
The radar image just seems to be an image.

I am sorry the image you see in a link which will take to the where you will the
link to the left of the big radar imagery. If I can be of assistance you can

This is, unfortunately, a long-running issue. See bug 162134 . Resolving as a
duplicate. Cheers.
