Whenever the power goes out, or I don't shut down properly (just turn off the
power without Shutting it down) While on Mozilla, Mozilla loses all settings,
themes, and bookmarks!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla
2.Turn off computer my just turning off the power
3.Restart Mozilla

Actual Results:  
All settings lost, themes reset, lost all bookmarks

Expected Results:  
Stayed the same, not losing everything
