Synaptics Touchpad V5.9, using XP Pro on laptop, rocker button seems to be
unrecognized by Firefox 1.0.2

When rocker button is pressed for normal scrolling, error signal is returned as
if there is no functionality for the rocker button in browser windows.

Not sure if this is Synaptics V5.9 isolated or universal to all rocker buttons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Depress rocker button (up or down)
2.Receive error signal/no functionality signal from Windows XP

Expected Results:
It should scroll the browser window according to the side of the rocker button
depressed (up scrolls window up and vice versa)
