Details
(Keywords: hang)
Build ID: 2005-04-02-05, Windows XP, Seamonkey trunk.
NOTE: this is NOT a recent regression, but I'd say a month or so old. It's
unfortunate that I haven't been able to track it down until recently.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to an IMAP account (mine is Cyrus)
2. File | Empty Trash
3. File | Quit
4. Try to launch Mozilla again
Expected Results:
Application should quit all IMAP networking threads during step 3.
Actual Results:
When you try to launch a new process of Mozilla, the Profile Manager informs you
that the current profile is already in use. Indeed, mozilla.exe is still listed
as a current process in the Task Manager under the Process field.
I don't think I can get a log for this, since we never shutdown cleanly (have to
do a force quit)
TCP stephend:1829 imap.iu.edu:993 ESTABLISHED
TCP stephend:1832 imap.iu.edu:993 TIME_WAIT
Task Info 2004 tells me the process it's waiting on is this one:
000008C4 - mozilla.exe
0:08 2 32,972 92,380 10
