User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2

Browsing (especially in multi-tab form) a slow or add-schizofrenic site
generates pop-up alerts ("The operation timed out when attempting to cotact ..."
or "The document contains no data") which hides the window of the program i'm
currently working with. If the site is slow i left the browser in background and
concentrate on other work. It is highly disturbing when these pop-up alert STOLE
the object you are working with. Try to read a text which somebody hide it from
you few times a minute.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a slow or crowded site and tab some of the internal links within.
2.Browse a little until the connection gets suffocated.
3.Switch to any other application and try to work (read or type a document).
Actual Results:
Suddenly the alert (and Firefox) pops up as main window and you can not even
return to your work without aknowledging the alert which tells you something you
allready know and you are not interested to know when you concentrate on
something else.

Expected Results:
1. Prevent the pop-up alert to steal the window
2. Flash icon in program bar instead of pop-up alert.
2. Do nothing (best for me)
2. Allow customization (pop-up, flash, do nothing)
