A lot of the time I cannot copy a URL from the location bar.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the URL in the location bar.
2. Copy it.
3. Try to paste into another application.

Actual Results:  
Nothing -- no pasted text.

Expected Results:  
Pasted the text.
This works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050404 Firefox/1.0+ . Reopen bug if you have more information on how to
reproduce.
